Russell

Russell has been immersed in the horticulture industry from a young age, bringing extensive experience across all areas of the business. Growing young plants, pruning, building orchards from scratch, converting existing ones, and several years in packhouse operations have helped forge strong foundations in leadership and operations.  He is committed to excellence and takes pride in delivering work to a very high standard.

As a Director, Russell combines a practical, measured approach with a strong focus on mentoring others, supporting our vision of creating and managing the world’s best orchards.

Outside of work, Russell is a proud father of three boys. He enjoys off-road motorbiking, outdoor adventures, and values giving back through community and charitable initiatives.
