Nicki leads People and Culture at SCH, bringing more than 20 years of experience across HR, operations, project management, organisational development and continuous improvement. As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, she's passionate about helping people and businesses reach their potential, guided by one simple question: How do we set our people up for success?

Since joining SCH in 2024, Nicki has led the development of the people systems and culture that support our growing business. She oversees learning and development, recruitment, employment relations and workforce management, while partnering with leaders across SCH to build capability and create an environment where people can thrive. Outside of work, Nicki loves exploring new places, hiking, mountain biking, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good book.
