Josh

Josh has been in the role of Managing Director since April 2023. Prior to this he led the Construction Business Unit, overseeing the infrastructure and construction phases across all developments to deliver high quality orchards built to last a lifetime. Josh brings a strong foundation in the primary industries, having worked in the dairy, cropping, and horticulture sectors, both hands on and as a rural professional. He is driven by empowering and challenging people to live their best life and committed to continuously improving systems and processes to delight customers. Josh is a family man, married with three children and enjoys walking, mountain biking, and water sports.
