Phil M

Phil's career spans more than 25 years in orchard development, construction and operations, including four years living in Japan where he developed G3 orchards. As General Manager of Operations at SCH, he is driven by a genuine passion for excellence and a desire to bring out the best in the people he works with.

Outside of work, Phil - a former mechanic and experienced dairy farmer - enjoys gardening, mountain biking and water-skiing, alongside quality time with his wife Siobhan and extended family.
